1. Payment Methods

We offer two modes of payment for your convenience:

  • Prepaid Orders: You can pay the full amount online at checkout. This is the fastest way to process your order.

  • Partial COD (Cash on Delivery): We offer a partial COD facility.

    • Advance Payment: A flat fee of ₹200 must be paid online as an advance at the time of booking to confirm the order.

    • Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the order value must be paid in Online payment to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

    • Note: Orders will not be dispatched until the ₹200 advance is received.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard shipping time is up to 7 business days from the date of order processing.

  • Maximum Delivery Time: While we strive to deliver within the standard window, in adherence to regulatory norms, the maximum delivery time shall not exceed 30 business days.

3. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues.

  • Public holidays or festivals.

  • Weather conditions or political disruptions.

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If a delay exceeds the maximum 30-business-day limit, please contact us for a resolution.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can track your parcel using the provided link.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes regarding shipping or delivery are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
