2.3 Descriptive and Comparative Fair Use: Any reference to original brand names, perfume titles, or designer trademarks is made solely for descriptive, comparative, and olfactory guidance to assist consumers in understanding the scent family and aromatic character under fair use conventions.
2.4 Intellectual Property Rights: All trademarks, trade names, and copyrighted bottle designs remain the sole and exclusive property of their respective owners. HOUSE OF 7 REBORN asserts no ownership over third-party intellectual property.
3. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND USAGE WARNINGS
3.1 Chemical Composition: Our products contain perfumery concentrates, essential oils, aroma molecules, and denatured ethyl alcohol.
3.2 Mandatory Patch Test: Skin chemistry and sensitivities vary. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours prior to full application.

4. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
4.1 Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or bad-faith payment disputes or chargebacks with credit card issuers or payment gateways without following our official damage claim protocol is a violation of these Terms.
4.2 Conclusive Delivery Proof: Electronic tracking logs, courier timestamps, One-Time Password (OTP) verifications, and digital Proof of Delivery (POD) signatures from our logistics partners shall serve as legally conclusive evidence of fulfilled delivery in any payment or legal dispute.
4.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to cancel orders, blacklist accounts, and refuse service to any buyer involved in frivolous return requests, delivery abuse, or bad-faith payment disputes.
